This Gilded brass round ceiling or wall lamp with three glasses has been produced in Italy during the 70s.
Good vintage condition with normal trace of age and use. No cracks or chips. Slight scratches and some dots on the brass. Full working with EU standard, adaptable on demand for USA standard.
